This is the space I am excited to provide as your therapist! Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, stuck in the cycle of over-thinking, working through trauma or trying to better connect with yourself, you deserve to be seen, heard and understood. , I specialize in working with individuals healing from religious trauma, survivors of abusive and coercive groups/cult recovery, grief and loss, young adults experiencing life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.I take a holistic, mind-body approach; I strongly believe in the power of mind-body connection and honoring your emotions in the here and now. , I encourage you to take risks and sit in those uncomfortable feelings knowing you will be fully supported in the process. I also believe that change can be fun and freeing! Together we will laugh, foster joy and embrace your unique strengths! Outside of therapy, I am an ultra and trail runner, musical theater nerd, musician, book lover, foodie and hiker!
