I work in a school during the school year and have lots of experience to help children and parents in school as well. I use many different therapeutic approaches. I will use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-centered therapy and some behavioral therapy. , I work with children and young adults in a telehealth setting. Due to the telehealth and the sometimes difficulty of telehealth, I work with clients ages 10-25 years old. I have worked with many different disorders and needs of clients. I specialize in Anxiety. I work in a really relaxed and sometimes fun environment. , I was drawn to be a therapist when I was young and diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. I was invited to have a conversation with a therapist when I was struggling with accepting and dealing with my new diagnosis. It was a therapist that I saw that made me want to help and make a difference in others lives.
