I believe the therapeutic process can be enlightening, challenging, at times uncomfortable, but ultimately transformative and healing. My hope for the relationship we co-create in this process as therapist and client is that you feel affirmed, cared for, safe, and valued. Through a holistic perspective that integrates the mind, body, and spirit, I aim to empower my clients to identify and realign with their values in order to achieve their goals and express their most authentic selves. , I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and my practice involves the modalities and foundations of EMDR (formally trained), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Poly-Vagal Theory, Systems Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, Empowerment Perspective, and the mind-body connection. I am trauma-informed and inclusive. , I have had the pleasure of working with adults, young-adults, adolescents, first responders, active military duty, veterans, individuals who have experienced sexual assault, depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, and substance use struggles with a particular focus on PTSD and trauma. I deeply look forward to what lies ahead in our work together.
