My approach to therapy is person-centered and systemic in nature. I view therapy as an acknowledgment of an internal desire to become more attuned to the way that you experience the world. Therapy can help develop skills that improve functioning for individuals. , We all have parts that tell us how to function in different areas within our lives. In coming to know our parts, we can find how the roles we’ve taken on can shift from learned patterns into more preferred narratives. , Seeking out therapeutic services is a compassionate action towards yourself.
