I would love to help you heal the parts of you that may be suffering and reunite with the greatest version of yourself. , From working the past 15 years in PTSD clinics, I have extensive training and experience in working with clients experiencing trauma-related issues/PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress and addictive behaviors. My practice is holistic and integrative and may draw from mindfulness, experiential, somatic, and traditional cognitive behavioral methods. , For the deepest healing, I work from a place of mindful attention to inner experiences and body wisdom and may use Hakomi Somatic Therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, or trauma therapy.
