My ideal client is an adult woman (18+) who would like someone to come alongside them on their healing journey. This client may have experienced some type of trauma in their past and would like to take some time to explore how it has and/or continues to impact them in various ways. Another client may be someone currently experiencing anxiety or sadness about something in their life and would like some help figuring out what is going on. After taking some time to examine their past and current life with the clinician, the client begins to take the necessary steps to heal and move forward in their lives. , I primarily work with women on the topics of life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and stress management. I also have a seminary degree and work with various clients (primarily Christian) where the role of their faith is important in how they live out their daily lives.
