I love working with people experiencing trauma symptoms, anxiety, and stress to find healing and to reclaim their lives. I strive to integrate tools and techniques tailored to your specific needs. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), LENS Neurofeedback, Heartmath Biofeedback, certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors, certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2, Certified Specialist in Anger Management, Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider, and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I enjoy working with men, women and teens. , Together, we will develop goals and find the unique set of tools that will lead to healing and authentic growth for you. We will build on your strengths and integrate a variety of neuroscience informed counseling approaches to reach your goals. EMDR, Neurofeedback, and Biofeedback are some of the helpful tools that we can use to achieve optimal functioning , Counseling is a safe place to heal, explore, and grow. Relentless exposure to dangers, conflicts, tragedies, and the stress of everyday life can take a toll on our emotional and physical health, as well as relationships with partners, family, self, and friends.
