Sometimes your mind and your body seem to be giving you completely different messages, leaving you feeling confused, disconnected, and stuck. I offer trauma-informed psychotherapy and Art Therapy with a foundation in Social Justice Counseling to support you in reconnecting (or connecting for the first time) with yourself, coping with current life stressors, and processing traumas and wounds. I offer an approach that combines Art Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (somatic trauma processing), and mindfulness, which are often more effective than words alone in supporting deep and lasting change on a nervous system level. , My specialties include developmental trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, relationship struggles, and working with LGBTQIA2S+ folx.
