Dr. Laura Hirsch

Hello! My name is Laura Hirsch and my approach to therapy is to work together to create a safe environment full of learning, empathy, and collaboration to reach realistic goals that we create together. I recognize that you are the expert in your life and want to work with you to build a therapeutic relationship where change and growth can occur. I focus on partnering with individuals, couples, and families to help them focus on their strengths and ability to make the desired changes. , I work from a cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approach. I work with clients who are experiencing a variety of different things from anxiety, depression, major life changes, parenting struggles, relationship issues, and adoption.
