I was honored to be named Social Worker of the Year in 2024 by the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. In my practice, I provide a safe and nurturing environment for individuals facing various challenges and life transitions. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients and empowering them to make intentional changes in their lives. My approach is rooted in the belief that each individual holds the key to creating the positive changes they seek. My practice is based on a strengths-based, trauma-informed, humanistic, and person-centered approach. I place great value on evidence-based treatment. View 7 Photos, I specialize in utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Sand Tray, Narrative, and Internal Family Systems (IFS Institute trained). Additionally, I incorporate psycho-education and offer clinical supervision. , I am passionate about helping individuals navigate through transitions, family issues, attachment, behavior modification, grief and loss, acute behavioral crises, depression, and suicidality.
