I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal and change. My clients would say I value being approachable, authentic and creating a therapeutic space that is safe and non-judgmental. I take a trauma-informed, whole person approach to therapy. My focus is on helping you build confidence and resiliency to allow you to be the best version of yourself. We will work together to figure out what works best for you based on your unique goals. We are all different - what works for one person might not fit with another. I use a variety of techniques based on what works for you. , Anxiety, depression and trauma are just a few of the issues I address in therapy. Maybe you feel stressed out, overwhelmed or burned out after managing the chaos of the past few years. I can support you during life transitions or help you navigate the complexities of trauma. , I offer virtual/online sessions throughout the state of Colorado to increase access to therapy for people who are juggling busy schedules or live in remote areas of the state and have limited access to care.
