I strive to meet people where they are. My idea client would be someone who wants to explore and address the challenges they are facing. I am open to all ages and experiences. I provide direct supportive listening and goal setting. My office is a safe place to explore feelings, fears and trauma. I enjoy helping first responders, children, teens and families. I have extra knowledge in ADHD coaching, and Autism supports. I love to collaborate with your health team to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that will help you or your child achieve their goals. My intention is to create a safe space for you to explore yourself and the challenges you are facing.
