I use a holistic approach to help clients unlock their innate emotional wisdom, uncover authenticity, transform painful patterns and create a life in alignment with their highest values and deepest desires. My approach is integrative and inclusive, with a deep knowledge of how our minds and bodies are inseparable, especially when it comes to sex and relationships. I love co-creating an open minded space for my clients to dive deep. , I am a somatic psychotherapist and certified sex educator. My specialties are pleasure, sexual wellness and empowerment, queer exploration, intimacy and relationships (including non-monogamy) and religious trauma/deprogramming.
