I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor with over 9 years of experience working in the field of psychotherapy. I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to initiate change and personal growth. , My Clinical areas of focus include, anxiety, depression, grief/loss and emotional challenges related to life transitions. I tailor each session to meet the needs of my individual Clients. I utilize methods from Gestalt, Mindfulness-based Cognitive therapy, and person-centered psychotherapy. , I create a supportive and non judgemental environment where Clients can explore and address their challenges with compassion and clarity. Together we will work to identify patterns and emotional blocks that are getting in the way of leading a fulfilling and balanced life.
