Experiences in secured settings, hospitals and in the community have given me a unique and well rounded perspective in helping my clients. , I tend to favor a solution focused skills based approach to therapy. Solution focused therapy focuses on recognizing and activating solutions to struggles you may be experiencing from past or current trauma or stress. It is thinking about solutions that would bring on realistic, reasonable relief as quickly as possible.
