You can expect to rediscover your individual strengths, examine limiting thoughts and beliefs, investigate restricting relationship patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self. , I work exclusively with women and possess expertise in treating anxiety disorders, depression, fertility, child loss and IVF concerns, grief and loss, narcissistic family systems,\xa0identity development, and eating disorders.\xa0 I also have specialized training in helping Christian clients navigate concerns from a Christian worldview, , including navigating painful experiences within their faith community. Even in our spiritual life, we each have unique journeys. It would be my pleasure to come alongside you in a way that feels honoring to your unique story.
