I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and integrate my training in trauma and brain-based neurological issues. I use scientifically-based methods in both couples and individual sessions. This results in marriages, blended families, couples, and individuals transforming their relationships with others and becoming the best versions of themselves. , Approximately 50 percent of my practice is helping those who need healing from broken relationships, divorce, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, concussions /TBI, high-functioning Autism, and assault or abuse.
