Life can be stressful and overwhelming at times. We all need a place where we can go and process our feelings and experiences in a non-judgemental environment with someone we trust. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I have assisted clients and their families with many different challenges including divorce, grief and loss, trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, sensory processing challenges and more. My passion is helping adults to better understand their thoughts, behaviors and choices.
