I primarily work with preteens(11-13), adolescents/teens(14-19) and young adults(18-25) who are seeking therapy in hopes of improving and better understanding their life. , I treat anxiety, panic disorders, depression, PTSD and relationship issues. It is important that I provide a safe and compassionate space for you to process experiences, and gain insight into your life.I have training in EMDR, an evidenced based modality to process trauma and adverse experiences.Therapeutic modalities are tailored to each individuals’ needs. , I strongly believe we are resilient and want to heal our past traumas.
