Dr. Manali Gadgil

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Colorado with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. I have been in the mental health field for 10 years. My experience includes working with kids, teens, and families, and adults from diverse backgrounds in school and outpatient settings. I use a combination of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy), and narrative therapy. With kids, I integrate therapeutic play, mindfulness, and art activities. , I have worked with a wide range of human experiences including anxiety, depression, substance use, stress, trauma, and ethnic and racial identity issues. I use a collaborative approach with my clients to work on coping skills, emotion regulation skills, boundary setting and communication skills, and building self-esteem. , I believe human connection facilitates growth. I am amazed by the resilience of people in dark times, and I am honored to be able to support clients in their journeys of growth and transformation.
