I support individuals and couples in deepening their connection to both themselves and those that matter the most during times of transition and change. When life becomes uncertain, we often experience new or returning feelings of anxiety, depression, general malaise and even grief. Relationship with technology may come up as we explore what works and what gets in the way of getting needs met. Sessions will be insightful and challenging, as steps are taken to make change. , " I specialize in relationship distress and offer couples counseling with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Sessions focus on recognizing triggers and changing painful conflict patterns. Couples will evoke empathy and learn new ways of communicating emotions. A roadmap is offered to meet the needs and deepen connection in the relationship.
