My passions are resiliency, creativity, and connection. I want to help clients foster these traits and forge new paths forward. I help clients use their existing strengths to overcome obstacles and to help them learn about how our past experiences and beliefs manifest in our present bodies, minds, feelings, and behaviors. I also use art, music, and movement as therapeutic interventions to help the body process trauma and overwhelming stressful experiences.
