I am certified in a number of evidenced based therapy models including Somatic Therapy, ART, DBT, TF-CBT, PCIT, CPP and MBSR. I’ve also completed my advanced certification as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist. , Engaging in therapy and finding the right therapist can be a really hard and vulnerable process.
