Trauma can cause us to get stuck in our minds and disconnected from our bodies, which can negatively impact our relationships with ourselves and others. But a traumatic experience or difficult childhood doesn’t have to dictate the rest of your life - you can regain control of your life! I love working with motivated clients to explore the root cause of their issues in order to heal old wounds, create harmony in the mind, body and interpersonal relationships. I would be honored to teach you how a holistic approach can help you move towards a life of peace & healing. , We all hold the inner knowledge of whats best for our lives but sometimes need a gentle guide to help us find our path. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you will feel comfortable sharing difficult feelings & experiences. In my own healing journey I have found a combo of somatic work, EMDR, IFS and psychedelic therapy to be life changing. , A collaborative relationship between client and clinician is essential in fostering a sense of autonomy in one’s therapy process. Therapy is not one size fits all and requires the right fit between client and clinician.
