Megan Newton

As a psychotherapist, I partner with individuals who are wanting to work with/on their relationships, family dynamics, trauma (past or present), grief, identity, anxiety, and/or depression. One of my primary specialties is with adults who grew up in a dysfunctional household, working to resolve how those experiences are manifesting negatively in the present. Additionally, I specialize in relationship issues and grief. I work with people who are highly motivated to engage in their own healing process in order to grow, change, and cultivate possibilities. , As a practitioner, I am passionate about helping people more deeply understand themselves, create connected relationships, develop healthy behaviors, and function from a place of wholeness that makes thriving possible. I believe healing and growing through psychotherapy is a pathway to empowerment. I offer an integrated approach using a variety of modalities , I compassionately invite you into the therapeutic process. I am interested in the influences of society, families, culture, experiences, relationships, and perceptions that inform who you are today.
