You’ve always felt like it was just easier to do and be what others wanted—now you’re not so sure. Growing up, you learned that having the acceptance and approval of others was the most important thing. This has driven you to succeed in some ways, but also driven you away from your true self. Imagine if you felt comfortable speaking up for what you need and want…actually taking up space. If you could trust without a doubt that you’re worthy of love and respect—no prerequisites required. This might sound like a pipe dream now, but I want to help you see that you are capable of change & worthy of the things you want out of life. , I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ folx, ADHD, & those with eating disorders or body image issues. You might’ve been to therapy before, but I do things differently. We’ll use ACT, art therapy, & humor to help you learn about yourself & overcome challenges. Together, we’ll think outside the box to create a lifestyle that works for you. , I’m committed to being fully non-judgmental and flexible. I encourage you to give feedback and even call me out if needed. I’m an anti-diet, weight-neutral provider & show up authentically in sessions so you feel comfortable doing the same. Our work will include identifying & aligning with your values & moving toward living a more fulfilling life.
