I specialize in working with adults seeking to heal from relational wounds (divorce, betrayal, abandonment, family of origin trauma, abusive or problematic romantic relationships). My therapeutic philosophy is to increase awareness of your pain points, address them collaboratively, and empower you to move toward healing and resolution through engaged and active treatment. Across my decade experience, I have worked with clients to courageously address what they have been through to get to where they dream of being- a fulfilled, connected, rich, and dynamic life. I have seen genuine healing and believe in what yours can bring you! , I am an adjunct counseling professor, supervisor, Certified Clinical Trauma Provider, and have intermediate training in Somatic Experiencing. I practice from a combined approach of somatic (SE), attachment-informed, and cognitive/emotion-based (TFACT, T-CBT) therapies.
