I primarily utilize AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). My work helps people get in touch with the emotions and bodily awareness that is often missing when they are "stuck “ or “spinning.” I create safety and a strong therapeutic connection to facilitate this exploration and healing. , My approach is warm and affirming. I am a good and careful listener and take people into my heart and mind in order to ask the right questions and help guide them to the truths they need to embrace in order to have the life they desire. Therapy can be challenging and require courage. I see myself as a partner in that fruitful and brave hard work.
