As if those struggles arent enough, it can be challenging to connect with people who understand that experience without judgement and can offer appropriate support. Sometimes we just need to talk through our experience to gain more insight. Or maybe we just need to learn some additional communication, boundary, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, coping and mindfulness tools in order to better manage what we’re struggling with. I specialize in working with young adults and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or addiction.
