My approach to therapy involves partnering with you to navigate past and present pain, develop a deeper understanding of your story and experiences, and bring awareness to automatic patterns to help you make lasting changes in your life. Equally important is an exploration of what is meaningful to you and helps you feel connected to yourself and the present moment. By developing your understanding of your internal world and relationship with yourself, you are able to access agency and transform how you relate to yourself and others. , As an individual and couples therapist, I have worked with people to navigate anxiety, depression, loss, grief, aging, life transitions, substance use, stress, trauma, and marital and relationship conflict. Challenges like these often leave us feeling isolated from ourselves and others. I hope to help you find more connection and ease. , At the core of my approach is a focus on building a therapeutic connection that is grounded in curiosity and understanding, and from which you feel free to explore all parts of who you are. We will work together to unravel the past and present complexities that cause you pain, and create a path forward as you build the life you desire.
