I have had the privilege of serving as a Therapist in a variety of settings for the past 20 years. I enjoy working with adolescents (12+), adults and couples. I offer individual therapy, group therapy, life coaching and video therapy. , I am trained in DBT, CBT and TA Therapy. My approach is to provide a deep level of empathy and understanding and to energize clients to embrace change. Plus, I use creative and innovative experiential approaches to treatment including, guided imagery, music and play.
