I also work with people going through tough transitions in life. This could be time of life, coming out of intensive therapy previously or intense family dynamics. This could mean we are working on early attachments, relationships with men, or traumas that have greatly impacted you. I aim to work with those who want to feel seen or who have had trouble connecting. , With the help of group therapy I try to provide a supportive place where we can feel connected. Through it we can learn more about ourselves and work on the many different things that feel difficult. Groups can be a wonderful place to understand ourselves in relationship with others.
