Maybe you are seeking better coping skills, the resources to develop better boundaries or deal with conflict in a healthier way, or maybe you are simply seeking someone to listen and allow you the space to grow into the person that you want to be. I work with each client with the understanding that they have their own struggles and own way of needing support so that they can begin their journey to health and happiness. My approach is strengths-based, integrative, and inclusive. , I am passionate about helping teens and adults through any of the difficulties that life throws at them; anxiety, depression, disordered eating, ADHD, grief, or even life transitions. I have experience with eating disorders and utilize a Health at Every Size approach to assist my clients in their recovery. , I offer free 20-minute phone or video consultations so that we can speak and see if we are the right fit together before you commit.
