What’s called the “biopsychosocial model” reflects the interaction between biological, psychological, and social/environmental elements of our lives. My personal philosophy takes that one step further to include the spiritual aspect. View 7 Photos, Because these domains are intertwined, I strive to take an integrative approach to treatment, and am a firm believer in equipping my clients with skills that work for treating insomnia, anxiety, trauma, depression, chronic pain, etc. I find incorporating biofeedback into CBT particularly empowering for teaching clients how to calm their physiology. , I’m a Christian and am entirely comfortable working with persons from a variety of faith backgrounds, as well as those for whom religion or spirituality is not an important part of their life.
