I work with clients who are struggling with complex life circumstances including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, identity exploration and parenting challenges. We will work together to build holistic, evidence-based practices that lead to deeper, more authentic connection with yourself and with those you care about, while nurturing and healing the parts of your story impacted by trauma, disconnection, and loss.
