" Reflective Wellness began on the vision of providing mental health services to youth and adults who struggle with significant trauma related disorders. Our team of clinicians have over a decade or more of experience working with victims of trauma including but not limited to physical, sexual and verbal abuse and neglect. Reflective Wellness offers individual, family and group therapy to all ages. Our practice has a collaborative approach with all work personalized to meet the clients individual needs. Our therapists have specialized training in EMDR, IFS, Neurofeedback, PCIT (parent child interaction therapy), canine therapy, attachment therapy, and DBT. ", Our belief is that you are the expert of the challenges faced by you or your child, so our team approaches each client as an individual. Trauma impacts the mind and body; therefore, we have a collaborative approach incorporating therapeutic and holistic treatments to help heal individuals from trauma. , Our dedicated team of therapists have partnered with a knowledgeable and dedicated team of body healers including acupuncture, Reiki, massage, cranial sacral massage and trauma informed yoga.
