My specialty is helping unlock hidden potential by working through depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and trauma. Through this process we can improve quality of life, mood, relationships, marriage, and family functioning. You will learn how to better regulate your emotions and feelings, improve listening and communication skills, and increase your mental resilience. I enjoy incorporating experiential activities to pull real life into counseling. , The counseling objective is to create a wholesome space, in which you will feel safe and comfortable to navigate the circumstances in which you find yourself. Our world creates so many spotlights to be seen, yet many people lack the opportunity to be seen and supported through their life. , I chose a career in mental health because I myself know what it is like to struggle, and I want to help others find healing and peace.
