Overtime, you notice patterns and experiencing seasons of hopelessness, vacillating with attempts at therapy or wellness trends. You are willing to take action but you are afraid that nothing will change. Ultimately feeling unsafe in relationships that you think should feel safe. Not knowing if it’s them or you with the issue. You end up investing time and emotional energy replaying the past or rehearsing the future, but never quite present. - You do not have to stay stuck. I believe you can experience restoration and freedom. , I specialize in working with big painful emotions and stories. Death and grief, sexual trauma, religious trauma, major world shattering experiences that must be processed. Hard stuff that we would rather avoid, but doing so only continues the pain. We will map your story and develop the skills you need to increase self awareness, and regulate big emotions. , Together we will notice patterns from the past and present, affecting the view of yourself and others. All along doing the hard work of change. I want you to live your life restored and free in reality, no longer trying to escape it. You are able to be present and live moment by moment by learning to show compassion to all the parts of your story.
