My goal is not only to teach you new tools but to highlight the resilience and capability you have within yourself to conquer whatever obstacles you may be facing. I am here to create a safe space to help my clients navigate the complexities of the human experience and work to overcome the internal and external challenges that they have encountered throughout their lives. , I focus my practice on highlighting the strengths of my clients. Using a variety of evidenced-based modalities, my goal is to support, challenge, and teach you as you work toward achieving a healthier, happier you. Through feedback, inquiry, processing, and psychoeducation, I aims to provide whatever you may be searching for. , Before starting my career as a therapist, I worked as a first responder in the Denver Metro Area. I worked collaboratively with some of Colorado’s bravest individuals, and I saw the importance of putting mental health on the frontlines.
