Accepting New Clients! There are times in our lives where we recognize we need things to change or just need some support. I am here to help you, your family, and your children with a challenge that might feel too big to manage on your own. I specialize in working with children and adults who are seeking services for depression, anxiety, trauma and high stress experiences, behavioral issues, adjustment difficulties, and family relationship concerns. I also have experience and training working with nuerodivergent clients (ADHD, Autistic, Developmental Disorders, TBI, and birth trauma) and welcome the opportunity to work with you. , I operate from an attachment based perspective incorporating aspects of child development, neurodevelopment, play and art. I work to support the individual and the family. Through empathy and honesty, I strive to make each session a safe space where my clients have the opportunity to feel heard and to cultivate hope and progress. , I work collaboratively with individuals, couples and families to create a path toward specific goals for therapy. Throughout the years I have worked with people from all different walks of life, and I believe in the importance of individualizing treatment to each person and their experiences.
