All youth, adolescents, and emerging adults deserve a safe and nonjudgmental space to be truly heard. My goal is to provide a space where you can express yourself authentically in order to heal, grow, and find the confidence to work through life’s difficult challenges. I have over 18 years of experience providing therapy and interventions with youth and young adults. My extensive experience in school social work has given me the opportunity to better understand the social, behavioral, and emotional experiences that young people navigate each day. , My passion is working with individuals experiencing life changes and transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, school and social challenges, and assisting with the development of healthier ways to cope and thrive. I offer humor, warmth, and genuine curiosity as we develop a relationship- which I believe to be the most important aspect of therapy. , You have everything inside of you that you need to thrive, succeed, and enjoy life. I simply help to unravel the complicated and often confusing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that make us feel stuck, hopeless, fearful, or unhappy. I work from a laid-back and non-judgmental perspective that can help individuals feel at ease and open.
