As a Licensed Therapist and Yoga Teacher, I have experience working with a wide array of presenting concerns and specialize in working with adults who present with trauma/PTSD, anxiety/panic and depression. , I also enjoy helping clients connect with their authentic sense of self, find balance in their lives, and improve their relationships and overall connection with others.
