About Us

I am a strength-based psychotherapist. My work with individuals and families strives to unlock their inner capacities for strength, self determination, health and happiness, performance, well-being, and meaningful relationships. I believe that this potential is within all of us and is waiting to be unlocked. Everyone has a unique personality and experience, therefor I take an integrated approach that pulls from a variety of theoretical frameworks including, attachment theory, narrative therapy, self psychology, emotionally focused theory and spiritual/existential psychology. , Some areas of focus are depression, anxiety, fear, and resentment. Understanding and healing from grief, loss and trauma. Overcoming guilt and shame. Conflict resolution, managing stress, building healthy coping skills and relationships. Recognizing and removing barriers. New parent struggles, and individuals with high performance careers. , My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, let go of barriers and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral, compassionate and safe space to listen to your concerns, customize a treatment plan, and provide you with real tools to create lasting change.
