I join in your process and help find the personal solutions that work best for you. I appreciate open clients as well as clients who may be ambivalent about change and need a nonjudgmental person to help sort options out to create positive, lasting changes. The therapeutic relationship is the essential building block for your success and my goal is to empower and challenge you to find your true, happy self. , I especially enjoy working with any trauma (abuse, accidents, neglect, etc.) and addictions as I am an EMDR II therapist. I find this technique powerful and extremely successful.
