I enjoy working with adults (18+ only) and specialize in working with sex therapy, mens issues, couples/open relationships/polyamory, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. To be clear, I work with female clients too. I also have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community. I believe that therapy has the power to bring about change in peoples lives, as people are ready and willing to look at their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I am happy to share my expertise with any individuals or couples/open relationships/polyamory relationships experiencing dissatisfaction in their romantic relationship, especially with regard to their sexual life. , I have provided mental health services in a variety of clinical settings, including at a community mental health center, a university counseling center, a domestic violence shelter, and in private practice in both Virginia and Colorado. My compassion, warmth, genuine curiosity, and positivity has shown through in all of those settings.
