If you have come to this site. . . remember to breathe. . . in a way that you know you are breathing. . . I remind myself of this on a regular basis. . . There is more to you than you might think. . . Therapy is an invitation to re-discover a compassionate, curious, and wise energy that was always within you, but blocked by well-intentioned and sometimes extreme parts of you. I believe you deserve some sense of how I work. I also believe a good therapist continues to do their own work. . . which is why I meditate and meet regularly with trusted colleagues and we literally take turns being therapist and client with each other. , My heartfelt experience is that you can awaken to the loving, courageous and confident person you always were. . . and then I get the privilege of witnessing this as I have with many wonderful individuals, couples, and families.
