" I am dedicated to assisting adults with lifes challenges and transitions to improve their quality of life and help them meet their individual goals. For more than 20 years, I worked with adults and their families to navigate the challenges of aging as a professional geriatric care manager and dementia expert. Now as a therapist, I specialize in depression, anxiety, family/relational issues, and grief and loss. Though I enjoy working with adults of all ages, I continue to use my expertise in care giving, dementia, and resource and referral for older adults and their families as well.
