We are going to dig in deeper to foster healing. I will support and provide safety and comfort while undoing aloneness. Anxiety and/ or depression can feel exhausting and together, we\ll explore core self and compassion to ease any discomfort. We are not our adverse experiences, we can re-wire. I will guide dealing with and healing attachment trauma, PTSD, and various abuses with kind, respectful and non-judgmental treatment.
