I also use two very effective approaches: The Play Zone, a science-backed approach that uses body awareness to manage pressure and stress, and Brainspotting, a brain-body approach that assists your brain and body in resolving and evolving any issue. , I have been in recovery since 1985 and authored two books, "Thriving Beyond Addiction" and "Beyond Peak Performance" (1/25), which focuses on athletes.
