Dr. Vanessa Rae Jones

My name is Vanessa, and I embrace a direct and empathically grounded approach to therapy. I strive to provide a safe space in which you can explore what you are already doing to live a fulfilled life as well as ways in which to strengthen those skills. I am experienced in working with clients with all sorts of diagnoses but focus on healing instead of pathologizing. My clients often hold marginalized identities. They may be neurodiverse. They are all amazing. , I love working with teenagers and their families as well as adults. My passion is in relationship work: with self, family, and partners. I provide support and skills to help you show up for yourself. Together we will explore how your patterns have shaped your relationships in order to start living a more considered and conscious life. , My intention is to meet you where you at to help support you in connecting to acceptance. I know what a pivotal role talk therapy can be to help you connect with your inner wisdom because it’s my own personal work that led me to pursue making a career out of it.
